Made To Order Cake Donut Business

If you are not familiar with the made-to-order- (MTO) cake donut business, please review the above video. Minimal investment is needed to open a MTO business compared to traditional retail donut businesses.

The only draw back is that the donut machine has a difficult time producing enough donuts should you receive donut wholesale orders. I recommend having a second donut fryer like a upright donut fryer in the back of the kitchen to accommodate larger orders.

Also a high visibility end-cap corner location would be ideal!!!
