Island Craves donut shop located in kawaii Hawaii. Provided onsite donut training to implement a complete line of donuts yeast, cake and French donuts. I also implemented traditional Hawaiian Malasadas donuts with traditional coconut cream filling.
This was a complexed as to suggest advanced donut training. The complete donut line was made by scratch. I also implemented a rustic crunch bread line for the sandwiches line. And then there was the pizza dough for pizzas’ . The training duration was 40 days.
In the video I always pass the dough hook as a trophy for completing a donut training. Believe me by the time I train a new owner they deserve it!!!
